Accomplishments

  • Selected to host the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI Bright Spot) in my classroom to film and document how Prairie Heights Middle School uses mentoring and data to drive instruction (2023).
  • Wrote and received Success Foundation grant proposal (2022) to procure school-wide funding for the implementation of student-designed passion projects.
  • Showcase classroom teaching practices, workshops with students, and mentoring sessions for various stakeholders including the State of Colorado, the Greeley District, Summit Learning, etc. by hosting groups for observation on a regular basis (2015-present).
