Provide federal grant management compliance training to federal grant recipients, subrecipients, contractors, and pass-through entities through group and customized virtual and in-person trainings. Focus on team-focused trainings to create cultures of compliance within government, nonprofit, and for-profit entities who administer grants.

Offer cornerstone Grant Management Boot Camp, Procurement Boot Camp and Single Audit Success Academy courses through virtual platform, LearnWorlds, and in-person formats where attendees obtain certificates of completion.

Oversee virtual team of 14 on grants lifecycle engagements with government, nonprofit and corporate clients. Manage business development, operations, financial management and project management functions at the firm level. Team has collectively raised over $416 million in grant funding and have managed over $2.5 billion in federal grants.

Key highlights included serving as Project Manager for a 15-person team at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services supporting two Recovery funded grant programs, which provided $1.2 billion to state agencies and non-profits and U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s CIO office Task Lead that supported programmatic implementation of the National Information Exchange Model. Also lead writer on proposal writing teams that led to multi-million dollar contracts.

Implemented and managed a comprehensive pilot grants compliance system, including on-site training and ongoing monitoring of federal and state No Child Left Behind (NCLB) requirement. Managed caseload of 20+ schools with grant funds totaling approximately $200 million. Worked closely with Edison financial staff and school districts to secure over $500K in government funds.
