Required skills for a manufacturing technician:

• Attention to detail: Ability to carefully inspect products and identify defects
• Problem-solving skills: Identifying root causes of issues and developing solutions
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Performing calibration checks on equipment
