• Review and verify applications for government financial assistance and determine the eligibility of individuals and families to receive assistance according to the United States federal laws and the state of New Jersey laws and regulation.
• Review and audit existing assistance cases to make sure they don't violate federal and state laws and regulations, report any violations committed by the beneficiaries and impose penalties on them.

As head of the security department at the Jordanian Hospitality and Tourism Education Company, I was responsible for managing the security and safety of the company's guests, students, trainees, personnel, complex and facilities which include the Century Park Hotel, Ammon Applied University College and the Jordanian Hotel School.

My main duties and tasks were as follows:

• Implement and develop security and safety policies, protocols and procedures in accordance with the Jordan's laws and regulations.
• Recruit, train and supervise security supervisors and officers.
• Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
• Attend meetings with other heads of departments to discuss company issues and needs.
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events and ceremonies.
• Collaborate with relevant government and law enforcement agencies when responding to emergencies and national security threats.
• Supervise the operation and maintenance of the CCTV camera system, metal detectors and X-ray machines.
• Supervise the operation and maintenance of safety equipment and alarm systems.
• Investigate breaches and violations and resolve issues within my line of work in coordination with the HR department.
• Prepare reports for management regarding security status and requirements.
• Perform night hotel manager duty.

• As a member of the most vital security apparatus in Jordan, which is also considered one of the best intelligence services in the Middle East and worldwide, I served in the fields of counter terrorism, counter espionage, counter corruption and intelligence analysis and reached the rank of lieutenant colonel.
• During my service I received lots of training in my line of work and attended several courses and seminars internal and overseas.
• I acquired lots of experience and skills due to the long hours and days I spent in field operations, investigations, interrogations, office work, supervision and leadership and was granted a number of medals and decorations as an appreciation for my achievements and dedication.
• I was honorably discharged from the service (retirement) in July 2019.
