· Greet new families and conduct orientations which explain the requirements of the PINS diversion process and the available continuum of services for Person In Need of Supervision (PINS) youth.

· Conduct screening of court involved PINS youth to determine eligibility for services and actively work toward diverting court involved children from foster care placement.

· Develop written reports for the Family Court and make oral presentations representing the agency’s plan for the youth and families.

· Work with the youth, the family, the service provider, and other stakeholders to continually ensure that services match the needs of the youth.

• Enhanced communication between court and ACS by implementing efficient case tracking systems.
• Collaborated with legal professionals to ensure accurate information exchange and timely resolution of cases.
• File requests for warrants and appear in front of judge on behalf of the agency regarding children who have left the care of the agency.
