Responsible for all scheduling of trade work and material ordering on multiple jobs sites throughout the central west coast of Florida. Currently working with ICON Residential and Meritage Homes. Currently have 12 multi-units in various stages of construction as well as single family residential homes in the Tarpon Springs and Dunedin area.

As the Head of Construction for F Street Homes, I implemented scheduling through BuilderTrend, reduction in cost of construction per unit (+$35000 per unit) and also reduced building units by 31 days (from 120+ down to 90-95 day builds). Also responsible for bringing all trades through my networking from the actual shell construction. Responsible for scheduling all trades from shell to final walk, provided real estate agents the final walk through prior to closing. I also was OSHA and safety coordinator for the company.
