Received a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for increasing the proficiency of 8 Marines (Instructors) by grading and evaluating them teaching our curriculum, maintaining accountability of $1.3 million worth of equipment, and developing 1500+ Marines over the course of 3 years, sending a better product to their respective units. Was voted Best Instructor by 4 different classes.
