- Recruited new business accounts through door-to-door cold calling.

I am looking for an opportunity for a sales role at CDW because I understand that CDW’s training development program is second to none. I have had many experiences that have cultivated who I am and why I have such a passion for a career in sales. All my life I’ve been a very competitive person, whether that be on the ice rink or recruiting new members for my fraternity, I am always willing to go the extra mile. This is why I moved away from home at the age of sixteen to pursue my dream of playing ice hockey. Through this 4-year long journey of Junior Hockey, I was able to travel and live in several parts of USA and Canada. This experience taught me how to be responsible for myself and to my team, as well as the ability to adjust to change. Junior hockey also is the reason why I started my own lawn care company. In between morning and evening workouts creating my own company was the only way I could manage ice hockey and a summer job. This business exemplified to me the struggles of dealing with customer relations as well as building a customer base from the ground up. Through my internship at GotWorx I was able to gain the knowledge of cold calling, building relationships, interviewing candidates, closing deals but also, dealing with the rejection that comes with it. I feel that my unique mindset will help me to evolve into a customer focused, and value driven sales team member. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to compete for a sales role at CDW.
