Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt - Anexas Europe

• AIPL - 3 months(2017) - Worked as a production intern to perform value stream analysis and improve production of noise control products. Contributed to the reduction of overall NVA from 45% to 35%
• Dalmia Cements - 3 months(2016) - Lead a team of three to establish a heat balance sheet for rotary kiln pyrolysis. Proposed techniques to slightly reduce heat loss thereby improve thermal efficiency and yield. Implemented and standardized techniques leading to the improvement of yield by about 5.5% and decrease in overall process time by 9%.
• Volvo Heavy Equipment Industry - 1 month(2016) - Capacity analysis of CNC - roller machine. Improved the performance measuring standards to accurately calculate overall equipment effectiveness of CNC Roller machine
