Provided care to an elderly woman who suffered from a stroke, partially paralyzing her. She also suffered from Parkinson's disease and dementia. Duties included:

• Assisted with morning routines and personal grooming, while providing personal independence.
• Prepared daily meals for couple, assisted in feeding and administering medication.
• Facilitating physical therapy sessions and providing entertainment.
• Cleaning the home and making their bed.
• Transported to and from senior day care.

• picking and dropping of client to and from school
• Delivering nutritious meals and snacks and assisting with academic assignments
• Planned and participated in exciting outings
• Provided guidance
• Delivered timely progress reports about child's behavior

• Provided assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and administering medication.
• Assisted patients in ambulation and transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Documented patient care services.
• Performed vital sign assessments.

• Cared for mentally disabled teenagers, as well as some in-home care facilities for mentally challenged adults.
