• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
• Manage on-site attendance, maintain shift rosters, and track deployment status for large groups of outsourced staff
• Ensure all contracted workers hold valid visas, medical clearances, and labor cards according to local Gulf labor laws
• Collect attendance-sheets, verify overtime, and process payroll documentation in compliance with wage protection
• Facilitate on-site orientation for new arrivals workers, including uniform distribution, accommodation arrange, and health and safety (HSE) briefings
• Act as the first point of contact for workers and hotel managers to resolve grievances, handle disciplinary tracking, or arrange
• Maintain up-to-date databases on contract renewals, exit/re-entry visas, and performance metrics for management
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
• Provides information by answering questions and requests
