• Conduct study from Cradle to Grave - Manufacturing Phase, Distribution Phase, Installation Phase, Use Phase, End of Life Phase.
• Gathered 100% BOM from various technical references, analyzing the data like Material, Manufacturing process, Surface treatments, Supplier information, Transport.
• Modeled entire data in SimaPro software, calculations, statistics, effects on environment.
• Results were presented as per PEP EcoPassport along with a detailed report and certification.

DESIGN:

• MV7303 - Renk Korea - BOM creation, 3D modelling, equipment packaging, drawings creation.
• MV7000 Drives - Worked on various power rating drive designs, packaging, equipment drawings, Cinemas and assembly drawings
• NRG Limestone - Drive upgrade.
• Worked on marine upgrading designs and projects
• IPMS - worked on Indian Coast Guard IPMS upgrade drawings and assemblies along with DIRAD systems
• Provided technical support during assembly and installation of equipment
• Produced standard designs using CAD software and create assembly prints, mechanical drawings and fabrication specifications
• Modify designs to correct operating and production issues
