With a strong background in IT engineering, I have developed analytical thinking, patience, and problem-solving skills. However, over time, I realized that my true passion lies in education—particularly in fostering young children’s curiosity and independence through the Montessori philosophy.
My transition into Montessori education was driven by a deep appreciation for its child-centered approach. While working in IT, I often found the greatest fulfillment in mentoring and training others, which made me reflect on where I could make the most meaningful impact. Through research, observation, and hands-on experiences in school environments, I became inspired to pursue a career where I can contribute directly to shaping young minds.
