● Program manage the execution with multiple teams - recruitment, onboarding, training, organization development, and business teams (what about business teams? collaborated with business teams?) to onboard 10,000 resources, six hub offices, and define and execute local HR policies.
● Transform program into a business unit, forming a new organizational structure, selecting critical positions, and standardizing processes and procedures.
● Define and launch hiring for competencies by exploring an alternative talent pool for potential recruits with high school or community college degrees.
● Form partnerships with universities and non-profit organizations to produce apprentice programs leading to college degrees for high potential students.
● Identify and train alternative talent pools to staff cloud and digital infrastructure projects, consisting of over 500 employees (and growing) in the first two years.
