Accountable for end-to-end delivery for the Digital Paper System (DPS), GM Financial’s enterprise content and imaging platform composed of integrated content, capture, and API capabilities, including product ownership, architecture, solution delivery, and support outcomes.
- Led enterprise imaging transformation, replacing legacy mainframe imaging and migrating approximately 750 million documents; established DPS as the system of record for 14 million customer accounts and 70,000 dealer accounts, plus Commercial Vehicle Lending, Fleet, Commercial Lending Services, HR, and Payroll
- Developed product-aligned delivery practice through coaching in product ownership and stakeholder negotiation, enhancing story quality, feature shaping, and delivery predictability across solution architecture and delivery.
- Established dedicated support practice that insulated delivery from BAU, ensured high customer satisfaction, and transformed support-sourced concerns into backlog work through consistent feedback and communication.
- Built and led a cross functional delivery model spanning product, solution delivery, support, and Platform Engineering; established clear accountability boundaries between delivery and SRE functions, improving focus, reducing friction, and strengthening reliability and delivery outcomes. Established a sustainable weekly release cadence through small batch delivery and clear ownership, enabled by backlog discipline, trunk based development, and CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps
- Designed and delivered the DPS REST API, the primary integration layer enabling critical enterprise applications to securely access content and DPS operations; adopted as an enterprise reusable shared service and handling approximately 2.5 million requests per month
