- The modules in the solution includes Equipment Reservation, Order Entry and Tracking, Customer Service, Pricing Database, Equipment and Certifications, Operations Data Collection, Purchase Orders, Shipping and Receiving, Invoicing and Integrated Label Printing Systems.
- The project also involves integrations including Customer B2B. Some of them are import SalesForce Quotes data to pricing module and export the invoicing data to Microsoft Dynamics (Finance system)
- OEE Data Collection and Analysis
- Solution is to collect/mine data generated from ATE equipment and be able to use it for Reports or Analysis purposes.
- Few required outputs: Generate equipment related reports/Alerts, .NET web based solution for cases like Wafer Map generation or QlikView for big data analysis for cases like monitoring yields for customer devices and Test results OR Equipment KPI's and see a trend over months and years.
- Complexity involved streamlining the processes in the company so that data coming can be properly recognized and used
- Also equipments run on Linux/Unix platforms and generates binary files which needs to be converted to ASCII per the spec (depending on equipment) before storing the information in the database.
