• As a mechanic technician my duties and responsibilities were all aspects of diagnosing and repairing a customer's vehicle, as well as, caring for the vehicle while it is being repaired and properly securing it after the repair is completed.
• General Repair which includes suspension and breaks, tune ups, timing belt, water pumps, head gaskets, allignments. Diagnosing trouble codes, drivability repairs, ac service, eletrical, state safety and emissions testing, maintenance service, starting and charging and major engine.

• As a shop manager I was in charge of opening and closing the shop.
• Supervised 5+ employees, assisted customers with cost estimates.
• When customers requested a repair I would log what parts are needed, how much time should be allocated to make the repair and schedule an appointment.
• Train and mentor junior repairs technicians. manage and maintain work environment safety, perform inspections, and ensure adherence to regulations.
• I worked on German, Japanese, and American cars from as little as preventive maintenance to engine overhauls.
• Identified, diagnosed, inspected and performed most automotive repairs.

• I would assist customers with small jobs like, checking and pouring oil, changing wiper blades, replacing light bulbs, testing alternators and batteries, and replacing and installing batteries.
• Changing planograms, keeping price labels up to date constantly, scanning in merchandise in the morning as well as keeping up.
• I was in charge of night shifts, stocking up items and getting the store ready to open the next morning, cash handling/deposit and closing up the store.
• I was also a safety coordinator, I was in charge of making sure all the equipment was same to use and not damaged once a month.
• I was in charge of making employee work schedules, payroll, opening and closing the store, checking all discrepancies on the parts, sending returns to the warehouse, supervising all parts specialist.
