Dependable 18 year old student looking for a Full-time job, trying to get as many hours as possible. Beginning in January I start university at Dalhousie, where at that time may have to become part-time. I have my own vehicle and arrive on time, always. And I love interacting with customers and talking to new people everyday which is what I'm looking for in seeking this new job.

I have worked in corporate and fast food settings, and have over the years accumulated a wide range of skills in the restaurant and At Permatech, I became familiar with the ins and outs of web design and marketing through collaboration with higher-ups in the business, and education through fire in Adobe InDesign and JavaScript. Further, I collaborated with the Permatech shop and engineering teams to construct instruction manuals for several of our products, which have since gone into print with our products. At Subway, I learned people skills through tens of thousands of customer interactions and in getting to know and befriend my coworkers as we perform labor with one another. I have a solid ethic, have been a steady worker for the last 5 years, and have supported myself through a physics degree and rent for the last two years.

My name is Juan Martinez and I am a current student at Florida State University's College of Motion Picture arts. Here I hope to perfect my skills as a filmmaker and photographer to go into an industry where I can show my commitment to the craft of photo and video production.

Customer service experience includes identifying opportunities and problem-solving to improve customer satisfaction as well as kindness and empathy regardless of the customer. Responsibilities involved monitoring service standards, providing constructive feedback to team members, contributing to overall service quality, and people skills. I assisted in developing comprehensive training materials for employees, focused on effective cash handling and customer interaction, and much more. I was recognized for the ability to promptly address customer needs and deliver effective solutions in a fast-paced, kind environment. These skills are very valuable and useful for a new career in the medical field, especially with caring for the elderly. Also, I carry many specialties that will help me succeed as a CNA, such as communication skills, empathy, problem-solving, a quick learner, great with the elderly, as so on. Although I am a new CNA, I believe I am a great fit for a CNA job and will succeed greatly in helping others.
