  • Intracellular membrane or organelle ion channels associated with Ca homeostasis and related inflammatory pathways (Particularly cGAS-STING pathway) in the different immune cells, like primary peritoneal macrophages, alveolar macrophages, and bone marrow macrophages, isolated from K/O and wild-type mice.
  • Also, senescence study through x-ray irradiation in different cells (Fibroblast cell line, A549 cells, etc.), which was further used for the induction of senescence in primary immune cells.
  • The cGAS-STING pathway was carried out through G3YSD DNA, HSV-1 viral particle, 2'3' cGAMP as an inducer for the inflammatory pathway.
  • Apart from this, the Asthma study investigated in mice model (acute and chronic model) by using intermittent allergen exposure, usually via inhalation.
