* Lead the 5G launch on existing T-Mobile network to meet company goal. Managed to entitle and construct +200 sites in one year for one of the toughest markets in the country.
* Spearheaded and managed changing the business model with +1000 upgrades in motion for the market including revamping team structure, offboarding and onboarding vendors, transferring work in progress, closing out purchase orders, hand off work and recreating baselines. Kick off meetings, and new reporting tools were part of this project that other markets followed.
* Managed the design, contracting, implementation, budget and construction of the multi-year, multi-carrier indoor Distributed antenna system project for the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) stations and tunnels for T-Mobile.
* Saved T-Mobile over $500,000 in Distributed Antenna Systems designs for the bay area with out of the box thinking of fiber routes and pole relocation without compromising network coverage objectives.
* Super Bowl 50: Managed deployment of network readiness plans proposed by design engineers that included development for all proposed small cells,existing site modifications, and temporary sites locations requested by the design engineers to ensure excellent customer experience . Represented T-Mobile and worked with SB50 committee and other officials on the coverage plan within three cities as well as other venues involved in the program.
* Master Thesis Project: “Treatment of Industrial Wastewater Containing Gelatin” / University of Jordan
During this project, a study was made for a certain pharmaceutical plant manufacturing gelatin capsule to determine the best wastewater treatment technique. Project work included literature survey, gathering samples and inputs from the plant, design and implementation of a small-scale lab process, conducting experiments, and finally, analyzing the results and studying the output for optimum operating conditions. The thesis was presented and defended in front of a committee as a fulfillment for the post-graduate requirement.
