- Preached 70% of weekly sermons over 26 years and trained others within the church to preach other Sundays.
- Recruited and trained life group leaders, and led specialized training groups for preaching and leadership.
- Collaborated with church leadership to plan master calendar of events.

- Served four years as the Vineyard India Partnership Leader coordinating the U.S. Vineyard leaders and churches partnered with Vineyard India churches.
