- I started Argon as an operator. I was trained to run automatics, as well as manual machines. I was also trained to QC all parts ran. Within 2 months, I was moved to a material handler. As a material handler, I kept accurate, detailed records of all usage and tracked all material movements. Spare time was spent assisting other operators and mold techs. Within 8 months at Argon, I was moved up to mold technician. Although this was something I was new to, I caught on quickly. I used training from various fields of previous employment to get a broader view of the task before me. I took every available opportunity to continue training, including coming in early and working late daily. I was moved up to acting lead, and then lead. As a lead, I continued to take every opportunity to further training on all previous positions and continued to assist everyone on the floor. I focused on keeping good, strong communication with all team members to keep them properly trained while identifying strongest points. I continued this until I had to leave to handle personal matters.
