• I was involved in our cut-over process which all inventory management procedures from Legacy Supported Activities Supply System (SASSY) with Asset Tracking Logistics and Supply System (ATLASS) to the newly introduced Global Combat Service Support Marine Corps GCSS-MC) Oracle based online system.
• Utilize GCSS-MC and ATLASS to account, inventory and receipt for all Principle End Items (PEI) valued over $30,000,000.00.
• While Managing the sub-custody procedures of property to subordinate accounts on a quarterly, annually and on an "as occurring" basis with ATLASS' Consolidated Memorandum Receipts (CMR).
• Requisition, track and receipt for Class IX (repair parts) for equipment being serviced within the Maintenance Management cycle through the use of GCSS-MC Service Requests and Legacy ATLASS valued over $300,000.00.
• Research, and procure additional demands not covered under normal Marine Corps Supply System requisitioning for the unit through mandatory vendors.
• As well as Administering all correspondence for the Supply Section to include drafting letters, filing Proof of Delivery (POD)forms, routing correspondence through the appropriate chain of command, and conduct causative research to reach conclusive evidence of supply actions.

Supervised and conducted over 100 wall to wall inventories for the III MEF Supply Management Unit's (SMU) General Account. Trained and managed a personnel team of over 15 in the day-to-day procedures of working as a warehouse man in a warehouse storing over 30,000 different repair parts varying in size and weight from ounces to 200 lbs. Through the use of a forklift as required. Operate commercial and tactical forklifts capable of lifting 5k to 11k lbs. Issued over$ 400,000.00 worth of repair parts and equipment with a 100% fill rate. Also while Performing the duties as a warehousemen for a using unit to include storage and care for all equipment stored for issue, upkeep to prevent the deterioration of stock while maintaining its organization and all other tasks as required. Conducted over 50 wall to wall inventories. Conducted spot inventory to ensure accountability. Issued over $100,000.00 worth of gear and equipment.
