Responsible for identifying and repairing all mechanical failure to include repair of appliances, HVAC, electrical or plumbing.

Proactively follow specific departmental procedures in performing repair, maintenance, alteration, and installation work in a safe and neat manner.

Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on plumbing fixtures, water heaters, faucets, valves, fire sprinkler lines, water lines. HVAC/R systems including cooling towers, c systems; pumps and boilers. Assist in the installation of HVAC/R units, heaters, motors, compressors and mini splits and equipment.

Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures. Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures. Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
