Originally started for the company Carpet Cushions and Supplies in 2016. The company was bought by another company known as All Tile Inc. Quickly went from Assistant Warehouse Manager to the Warehouse Manager. Helped merge the two companies into one facility, which I was part of a large project team to facilitate the move.
Once the two companies were operating efficiently from one facility, I was granted the opportunity to be promoted to Branch Manager for the Indianapolis, IN branch. I transitioned to warehouse manager and began my career in inside sales and product training for our company. I was able to help boost that branch from a $10mil to $16 mil branch, and even helped limp through Covid when the market was tough. I managed that branch for six years.
The company was bought again, in 2022 by All Surfaces Inc. I then transferred back to Wood Dale, IL with the opportunity to be promoted to a Regional Operations Manager. I am still the acting ROM for the Chicago land area, and manage our largest facility in our network, with the expectations to take on all of the satelite branches that feed from that hub.
Throughout my time with the company I have had helped with multiple facility moves, bin location setups for certain facilities, and computer system changes. I have played many different roles and played parts such as:
