Raphael Chiarella Pierino

Over eleven years working in the Audiovisual area with experience in Television, Production and Streaming Platforms. focused on the areas of research, decoupage of images, cataloging and delivery of materials, production assistant and media management.

In 2014 I started my journey on TV Bandeirantes as an intern soon after promoted to assistant tape archivist. I was responsible for the archiving and decoupage of the files of the sports program "Jogo Aberto", files of the Brazilian Soccer League and Championship and World Cup 2014.

In 2018 I had the opportunity to start work at O2 Play Distributor, a division of the production company O2 Filmes, acting in the Film Distribution area in cinemas, digital platforms and festivals. Being responsible the Department of VOD and materials. Coordinating the part of file deliveries such as DCP/ProRes, making workflow with the main streaming and television platforms, contact with market players, metadata production, QC monitoring (Quality Control), encoding process for the platforms and production assistant in film premieres and social media. Released more than 50 films in theaters in Brazil, some of movies in partnerships with the Netflix and MUBI platforms. Movies such as Two Popes, Once Upon a Dream, The Irishman, Mank, Drive My Car, Chorão among others. More than 200 movies released on digital platforms such as: Apple TV, Netflix, Google Play, Claro Now, Looke, Amazon Prime, Youtube Filmes, Globo Play and others.

In 2021 I joined ESPN BRASIL as an Audiovisual Media Operator that is part of The Walt Disney Company LATAM group, performing the entire process of archiving, decoupage, transfer, receiving and sending files to the other channels in accordance with the standards of Television and Star Plus. Also acting as a production assistant at the main TV event, the "ESPN Silver Ball 2022".

I am passionate about sport. I've been doing CrossFit over 6 years, I like to practice physical activities to maintain a balance between mind and body. I played soccer and futsal in youth teams in São Paulo, such as: Palmeiras, Portuguesa, Hebraica and others. I currently playing soccer in a semi-professional team in Miami.
