I am a Panamanian Exercise Physiology student at Florida State University with a deep passion for sports technology and performance analysis. My journey in the field of sports and fitness began with a desire to understand the science behind human performance. Over the years, this curiosity has grown into a full-fledged passion for leveraging technology to enhance athletic performance and injury prevention. From video analysis to external load monitoring, I believe that the future of sports lies in integrating data and technology to optimize training, track progress, and make informed decisions. As someone who has worked closely with athletes across multiple sports - from recreational to collegiate and professional levels - I have witnessed firsthand the transformative impact that cutting-edge tools can have on athletic outcomes. Through my experience as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Florida State University and working with Costa Performance and Rick Macci Tennis Academy, I have gained hands-on experience in applying sports technology to real-world situations. Whether it's testing athlete performance, developing personalized training programs, or using data-driven insights to prevent injuries, I am committed to using technology to push the boundaries of athletic potential. My goal is to continue exploring how technology can be integrated into the sports world to improve performance, reduce risk, and inspire the next generation of athletes. Being Panamanian, I am proud to bring a diverse perspective to the table and am eager to contribute to the global advancement of sports technology. I'm excited to be at the intersection of science, technology, and sports, and I am always eager to learn, innovate, and contribute to the advancement of this field.
