As a Volunteer Coach at the YMCA, I led sports activities, practices, and games, teaching skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. I ensured a safe, positive environment, communicated with participants and parents, and organized team schedules. I served as a positive role model, fostering confidence and respect, and stayed engaged with the YMCA community through training and meetings.
