Raudel Rivera Martinez

My name is Raudel Rivera Martinez, and I currently serve as a key support resource across multiple production areas, where I focus on safety, operational efficiency, and team development. In my role, I train colleagues on specialized production equipment and machinery, ensuring they operate safely, confidently, and in alignment with our performance standards.

I actively support operators in unloading, processing, and packing, and I'm fully capable of running equipment and stepping in as a backup across departments whenever needed. I take ownership of troubleshooting issues and performing preventative maintenance, including completing clean-and-inspect checklists to keep equipment reliable and downtime minimal.

A big part of what I do is maintaining strong communication with interdepartmental personnel so that safety, quality, and production goals stay aligned throughout the plant. I'm also certified to operate a forklift as needed to keep workflow moving smoothly.

Overall, I bring hands-on expertise, a strong commitment to safety and quality, and a team-focused mindset. I'm excited for the opportunity to step into a leadership role where I can continue improving processes, developing people, and supporting the company's goals at an even higher level.
