At Alatrade I was the supervisor over the Debone department. The department had many tasks and I always put my best effort to make sure they are completed by the end of the day.

• Being attentive with every change in product and making sure the right cuts are being done and getting with employees for any feedback on improving their job or work area.

• Verifying that product was sent to the right carrier/customer.
• Made bill of ladings; making sure product was labeled correctly and manifested.
• Worked with the jack drivers to make sure every department was getting the right product to the line; getting with supervisors if any change or any amount of product is needed of certain orders.
• Got with other representatives of other companies to figure out the time of every drop off of the product and made sure carriers were getting to the right place.

• Required to do many paperwork important to making sure the product is meeting the customers requirements and inputting data into the system.
• Daily checks done on product and certain machinery/ environment of the plant.
• Floor person for various departments such as pack out, debone, franchise, dapec and saw line, as well as dismantling down lines and machines to wash them down.
