I answer calls, as well as make outbound calls to healthcare providers about medical samples for the Genentech dedicated call center. I
assist the callers by answering questions about their samples while doing the proper research and providing correct information. I enter data into a spreadsheet to keep up with all information that I have received. I prioritize the customer and their concerns while providing excellent customer service.

• After taking their order, I ring up their food and bring the food to them
• I am able to serve multiple tables at one time and handle them in a timely fashion
• I have worked at the Country Club for 10 years and haven't had a write up or a complaint from a member
• I have been responsible for training several other servers
• I also worked the receptionist desk in the evening
