I wear many hats at this job:
- I work as a cashier. I know how to operate the Clover system.
- I am a barista, so I know how to use an espresso machine. I can make cafe lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, espressos, cafe mochas, etc.
- I also work as a server. I know how to serve plates and greet customers. I have experience with exposition. I know how to read tickets, get plates to come out quickly, and arrive at the right tables.
- I work as an assistant manager. Regarding managing staff, I work with teenagers and love working with them and understand what it takes to motivate them and get them interested in working.
