Developed new procedure and processes for electrical and underground scope. This resulted in streamlining work process and savings in required man-hours.

Led civil for basic and detailed design of power plants ( in Morocco, Qatar and Australia), plant layout, liaison with professional engineers, customer engineers and stamping officials, provide site support to site managers and contractors, and trouble shooting at site.

Headed design review panel to ensure design quality of deliverables

Design and analysis of Turbo generator foundations, other machine foundations, turbine building, steel structures, Plant layout, engineering interface with various departments, interaction with customer and contractor, site visits to resolve hold-ups and other issues, inspection and quality assurance of material supplied by Vendors (for Vibro-Isolation systems) and design verification and approval for sub-contractors.

Coordinated full design and construction of more than 10 major turbine foundations including foundation for auxiliary vibratory machine foundations like bowl mills, induced draft and forced draft fans for power plants.
