Drive A&E firms to complete LE’s, ZD’s, Photosims CD’s for approval and submissions for Zoning and BP’s by due dates. Track dates for Zoning Approval and BP pulls. Address Comment Letters, & Attend & address questions from the HOA at county hearings on behalf of the client. Maintain dates (tasks) and not allow dates to go stale for milestones that need to be pushed out.
- Worked hand in hand with Sprint/Nextel on all co-plane sites. Knowledgeable in completing SAP/PSA’s successfully. Versed in the mechanics of Siterra database & uploading all necessary documents for Task approvals. Firmly understand the process of how to request an SA from Sprint and prepare lease amendment packages and route for FE.
