Temporary Contract Assignment:

Audited NYC water bureaus pursuant to Federal RMP and OSHA PSM Regulations on risk management and environmental programs relative to 40 CFR Part 68 and OSHA 1910.119 for high hazardous materials. Assisted in relieving NYC-DEP RMP programs from Federal probation and oversight of drinking water supply reservoirs. NYC-DEP bureaus were relieved from Federal oversight in the fall of 2007.
