Working for Verdes excavation I would drive non cdl dump truck to locations that was scheduled for either a new home clean up or for a rough and final grade I also operated the bobcat where I would either perform grading work or I would load dump truck with trash left from new homes being built we also would do demolition work or carpentry work either building sheds or tearing down houses.
Working for Texas lawn sprinklers I would have 6 -7 jobs a day each job would consist of different duties like having to diagnose a system to see why a valve isn’t coming on or why a controller isn’t functioning first I would test wiring to make sure it has power going from controller to the valve if valve is lost in ground I would locate vale with a valve locator, I would also replace controllers that was either out of date or wasn’t functioning right I’ve done pool reroutes for customers that are getting a new pool or reroutes for lateral and mainlines that are trapped inside of root balls or in the path of where roots are growing most importantly I would have to communicate with the customer before performing my duties on the system my communication skills are great we would also perform handyman work also from electrical to carpentry to hauling off dirt or installing ground lighting in gardens and laying grass and installing turf.
