As the foreman of tube prep also known as Building 14, I would oversee two shifts of machine operators and material handlers. My responsibilities included loading and unloading trucks, receiving and inspecting raw extrusion, and formed tubing, assisting machine operators with quality issues and machine breakdowns, and attend daily scheduling meetings.

While I worked in the purchasing department I was responsible for creating purchase orders for internal and outside vendors. Orders included raw extrusion, machine parts, forgings, and formed tubing. Also work with vendors daily to settle quality and scheduling issues.

As quality control technician I was responsible for inspections of all incoming raw extrusion, machine parts, forgings, and formed tubing. Performed in process inspections of internal production of weldments, machined tubing, and the machining of weldments.

My duties included pressure washing shake, tile, and composite roofs.

Pressure washing of decks, driveways, sidewalks, and patios.

Pressure wash siding of houses for paint prep.

Chemically treat shake roofs following cleaning.

Repair damaged, and rotten sections of roofs following cleaning.

Operate auto saws cutting aluminum extrusions and formed tubing according to blueprints, and mylars.

Operate coping machines, mills, drill presses, and press brakes to machine and form aluminum parts according blueprints and mylars.

Operate solution heat treat oven, and age ovens.

Operated forklift to load and unload trucks. Can safely handle extrusions up t to 50 feet in length safely.
