Held multiple positions during my employment including Oven operator, Foreman, purchasing, and quality control.


As oven operator I would transport aluminum weldments and machined parts to heat treat facility. Record serial numbers into lot loads, operate solution heat treat oven, and maintain oven during heat treat process and quench.


As the foreman of tube prep also known as Building 14, I would oversee two shifts of machine operators and material handlers. My responsibilities included loading and unloading trucks, receiving and inspecting raw extrusion, and formed tubing, assisting machine operators with quality issues and machine breakdowns, and attend daily scheduling meetings.


While I worked in the purchasing department I was responsible for creating purchase orders for internal and outside vendors. Orders included raw extrusion, machine parts, forgings, and formed tubing. Also work with vendors daily to settle quality and scheduling issues.


As quality control technician I was responsible for inspections of all incoming raw extrusion, machine parts, forgings, and formed tubing. Performed in process inspections of internal production of weldments, machined tubing, and the machining of weldments.
