Conducts Internal Affairs investigations to include Officer Involved shootings within the Police Department and outside agencies when necessary. Unwavering personal integrity and strong ethical conduct through objective factual and truth finding. Analysis of data, complex documents communications, policies and procedures. Supervision of a eleven persons detectives unit that includes all major person crimes, involving homicides, major assaults, and robberies. High tech crimes, sex offenders and crime stoppers. Works closely with District attorneys office, DEA, FBI, ATF, special narcotics and safe streets task forces. Works with outside agencies to include multi jurisdiction task forces and Colorado Bureau of Investigations, US Marshalls. Crimes Scene investigations, trial and court case preparation fugitive coordination and implementation of major sting operations.

Experience and Supervision/step up as Crimes Against Persons Sergeant. Investigations of over 60 Homicides with 16 solved assigned Homicides. Court Advisory witness on 8 successful homicide trials. Investigation of major assaults, and robberies, missing persons, Internal Criminal Investigations,

Patrol Officer, PTO, CIT Instructor, Watch III and power shift 8-4, Academy instructor, Detective Crimes Against Children and Crimes Against Property. Handling major calls and investigations of crimes in different areas of responsibility and disciplines, to include high profile child death investigations and large scale property crimes.

Supervisor of multiple units and personnel. 1989 United States Boeselager Ranger Team, Rear Security Armored support Desert Storm Gulf War. Weapons and armored unit expert to include gunner of M1 A1 Abrams tank. Implementation of advanced physical fitness team. Administrative Sergeant for high ranking Officers and responsible for large equipment inventory.
