Leadership

During my time in the military I have personally experienced plenty of different types of leadership, some good and some bad. But I have been able to grow into my own style of leadership, taking different qualities from different individuals. My style of leadership has brought a lot of good into my life and careers. I was promoted ahead of my peers in the military. As well as promoted to the Warehouse Team Lead in my current job, I was promoted to team lead in less than a year with the company. I am by no means saying that I am the best fit, because I believe that there is always room for growth.
