Providing armed one-on-one security for high-level VIPs and CEOs who are clients of the building or visiting. Providing a safe and secure environment for all employees working there. TROs primary objective is to mitigate any conflicts that may arise on company property, including but not limited to an active shooter or any physical threat to anyone within the confines of said property.

• Provide and maintain safety and security for all visitors and employees
• Create and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement along with local fire department
• Initiate and supervise emergency plans when necessary
• Supervise Security Officers ensuring security officers are on post in uniform and performing their duties properly at all ingress locations and throughout the entire arena
• Respond to any situations where a supervisor is needed
• Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to, medical, crowd control, disputes, lost property or theft
• Create reports on the incidents and follow up with proper authorities

• Providing security and intelligence services including but not limited to close one on one protective services, private events, security to high profile C-Suite level personnel, international organizations, Sports & Music personalities

• Create contacts and maintain relationships with attorneys and clients
• Conduct and oversee investigations including but not limited to employee complaints of theft, bullying and sexual harassment
• Conduct a multitude of investigations for clients including matrimonial, criminal and financial

• International Security Consultant observing, cataloging, and implementing the most updated security procedures and policies for a safer and more efficient business
• Areas of focus included physical security, security guard manpower, electronic surveillance, fire life safety, financial/document security and counter terrorism
• Writing detailed reports of our findings, suggestions and explaining those findings to senior executives, President and Chairman of the institution
• Supervise field teams of investigators for events including surveillance, mobile set security, private and dignitary protection services

• Conduct joint investigations between local, state and federal agencies including federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), US Postal Service (USPS), US Secret Service (USSS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS) specializing on financial crimes, fraud, money laundering, economic crimes, identity theft, grand larceny, trademark counterfeiting, intellectual property rights, mortgage fraud, bank fraud, complex criminal enterprises, RICO, conspiracy, international gambling organizations, narcotics distribution and trafficking, arms and human trafficking
• Conduct physical and electronic surveillance working across agencies to identify crime and follow proceeds
• Member of the NYPD Intelligence Division during the United Nations General Assembly, responsible for the security and safe movement of dignitaries from around the world throughout New York City
• Assigned to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), El Dorado Task Force and to the Department of Treasury IRS Criminal Investigations
