Responsibility of overlooking the Alaska Airlines towing operation. Ensuring proper staffing for a 24/7 operation aswell as maintaining proper equipment needed to tow aircraft safely. Also as the tow training manager i am responsible for training all new agents and ensuring they are comfortable and compliant with towing into our complex areas aswell as communicating wIth ATC.
