Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on-site, ensuring they meet project standards and specifications
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and sequencing of finishing tasks.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of finishing work such as plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceilings, and joinery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all finishing activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of finishing works.
• Monitor the progress of finishing activities, addressing any issues or delays, and providing regular updates to the project manager.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues related to finishes, ensuring corrective actions are taken when necessary.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports on finishing works.
• Arranging and Submitting all the documentations to the consultant for approval including Daily Reports, Inspection Requests,Pre-qualifications, Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans, Risk Assessments, Material Approval Requests, Concrete Placement Records, Laboratory Test Reports (compaction and compressive strength reports), MEP Clearances for (concreting, backfilling, plastering, flooring, false ceiling closure) Shop Drawings, Design Drawings etc.
• Handing over executed work to consultant.
• Inviting client for selection of materials.
• Raising RFI (request for information) to consultant and client if there is any obstruction in the site or any conflicts between civil, MEP, Architecture drawings.
• Taking corrective actions for the closure of SOR (site observation report) and NCR (nonconformance report) according to QCS 2014.
• Assure the work is completed and delivered without any defect and delay.
• Preparing weekly and monthly site progress Report for planner.
• Dealing with the subcontractors and resolving their facing issues during construction work.
• Dealing with suppliers to deliver material as per the Project specification and on Time to the site.

• Town houses project villa type(121Villas) at Yasmeen city Lusail Qatar (currently in progress)

Responsibilities:

· supervising civil works from substructure to super structure and finishing activities as per the approved method statement and project specifications.

· Planning and managing work, material and manpower as per schedule.

· Reporting daily progress of work, manpower, material and machinery to project manager and consultant of the whole day work.

· Arranging and Submitting all the documentations to the consultant for approval including Daily Reports, Inspection Requests,Pre-qualifications, Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans, Risk Assessments, Material Approval Requests, Concrete Placement Records, Laboratory Test Reports (compaction and compressive strength reports), MEP Clearances for (concreting, backfilling, plastering, flooring, false ceiling closure) Shop Drawings, Design Drawings etc.

· Attending meetings with consultant/client for quality work and implementing their comments in the site activities.

· Preparing BOQs of the construction materials.

· Having good awareness of land survey.

· Keeping note of each and every casting work.

• Liaise with clients regularly and collaborate with architects and contractors
• Identify specifications of the projects to oversee procedures of tenders
• Find solutions to design issues and manage project resources
• Supervise schedules of material deliveries and oversee the purchase of equipment
