As a Senior Retail Quality Assurance Analyst at Centennial Bank, I ensure that our retail operations are compliant with internal and external controls and regulations. I have 6+ years’ experience in the banking industry, starting as a teller in 2017 and advancing to my current role in 2022. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Arkansas, where I honed my skills in data analysis, management, and Microsoft Office. I enjoy applying these skills to review and approve other analyst work, develop and update QA procedures, analyze root causes of issues, and perform limited scope on-site audits. I am motivated by supporting and collaborating with my former colleagues in retail, and learning new ways to improve our process and mitigate risk.
