• A student-athlete advisory committee (SAAC) is a committee made up of student-athletes assembled to provide insight on the student-athlete experience.
• Serve as a liaison between the member's respective sport to the committee and the athletics department. Serve the needs of fellow student-athletes via leadership and support.

Role as co-chair:

• Attend leadership-team meetings to plan events and upcoming meetings.
• Coordinate with donors, local businesses, administrators, and student-athletes for community outreach and events
• Lead SAAC representatives and use leadership skills to give a voice to athletes who may not feel comfortable speaking out.

• Write and organize drills and activities for players.
• Trained and mentored young girls in the sport of volleyball, as well as in life.
• Developed and delivered effective strategies to work with challenging personalities.

• Team IMPACT matches children facing serious illness and disability with college sports teams, creating a long-term, life-changing experience for everyone involved.
• Plan and organize time to spend with our our Team IMPACT kid, Bella.
• Bridge communication between Bella and her family, the team, coaches, and our Team IMPACT case manager.
