  • Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) member, engaging in surveillance, law enforcement tactical operations, fugitive tracking and apprehension.
  • Authored over 150 search warrants, utilized advanced digital tracking techniques and conducted multi-day surveillance operations.
  • Planned, coordinated, and executed large scale multi-agency enforcement operations, often times leading more than 20 officers in search warrant executions outside Bakersfield City Jurisdiction.
  • Planned briefed and overseen the execution of numerous high risk warrant services to apprehend violent offenders within Bakersfield City Jurisdiction and within additional jurisdictions throughout the State of California.
  • Have taken on impactful roles in high profile investigations such as murders, federal fugitive apprehensions, and heinous sex offenses.
