• Build employer relationships to achieve employment outcomes through high levels of service and partnership. Recruit and engage national employers and recruitment professionals.
• Organize employer activities and events that provide students and new graduates internship employment opportunities while supporting the talent needs of employer partners.
• Increase employer internship programs with organizations seeking to fill internship positions through strong communication, program management, and delivering results. Close partnership with University recruiting programs and consult with employers looking to create these types of programs.
• Create and manage large-scale virtual recruiting events [career fairs, virtual interviews, etc.] to connect students to employers. Utilize multiple online programs such as brazen, zoom, webex, and more to connect and engage virtually.
• Lead student and employee training and webinars on various career topics
• Match students and alumni to employer partner opportunities for internship employment outcomes.
