  • As the first recruiter hired for the site, I was tasked to recruit 1100 new hires to fill a brand new site. Positions ranged from entry level sales roles to director level roles in multiple different specialties. The position was a full cycle, high volume recruiting position with aggressive goals that I consistently met and exceeded.
  • Worked with marketing to develop and implement candidate recruiting campaigns and branding of the recruitment process

  • I coordinated and oversaw the hiring process, including full cycle recruiting and sourcing to attract top talent to the organization and redesigned the candidate experience. Worked closely with management to ensure hiring needs were met
