  • Built the district Field Activity Support Team (FAST) - new program tested and implemented in each store. The FAST team is responsible for all POGs and resets. The higher volumes stores also had the fast team do ad set as well as out of stocks. New program, entire new team.
  • Responsible for 12 stores across the state of Colorado. Considered the ‘Southern Territory’.

  • Responsible for all perishables in store. Had a bi-weekly check on perishables as part of the fast teams routine. Would rotate, and process out and expired food. Close to expiration was pulled also to sell at a discounted price.
  • Merchandising to produce higher sales. Reviewed the team members photos daily/weekly to ensure proper execution and cleanliness.
  • Pulled POGs 2 weeks in advance to ensure proper inventory levels, signage and fixtures. Ordered as necessary.

  • Merchandising the items in the ad weekly to promote the sale items in the AD. Great visibility to attract the customers who do not have an ad. Increase sales through strategic merchandising.
  • Loss prevention program implemented, where any team member who stops a thief, either through their actions, excellent customer service, and or manager involvement. They receive a $10 gift card to help continue this good behavior pattern.
  • Partnered with the LP district manager to address high risk areas and ways we could prevent without hindering our regular shoppers.
  • Monthly rotation and purge of all perishables.
  • Worked with vendors for special events, including our annual back to school event. Set up trainings with our vendors to aid in advancing the knowledge of our sales team, to set them and their store up to be as knowledgeable for our customers as possible.
