Rebecca Ellis

I began my career at Bishop Animal Shelter ASPCA in Bradenton FL at 20 years old. I was a kennel worker and helped with adoptions. After that I worked for 3 years as a veterinary assistant at The Feline Hospital in Salem MA. I achieved my bachelors degree at that time. After graduation I was employed at Borash Veterinary Hospital as an unlicensed technician for 3 years. I moved to San Francisco after and became the head technician at San Bruno Pet Hospital, at a very busy 7 doctor practice. At that time I realized the value of medical insurance for pets and searched out career opportunities in that field. I have been with Trupanion for almost 11 years. My skills include computer literacy, exceptional work ethic, personable and well liked, extensive cat and dog medical knowledge and a love for animal welfare.
