  • Download Inpatient/Outpatient McKesson Invoices/controlled substances invoices daily
  • Sign CSOS for controlled substance orders for inpatient/SWVC
  • Initiate monthly 1358 requests for inpatient/outpatient/SWVC pharmacies (new, increases, decreases)
  • Monitor monthly McKesson contract spending to stay within spending limits
  • Enter invoices, credits, pricing corrections, and reverse distributions into 1358 database
  • Monitor inventory and order nutritional supplements, drugs, and other medical supplies
  • Seek out needed products from GSA or other approved vendors to find items that may be unattainable
  • Have knowledge of placing orders from open market vendors which use purchase cards
