Work in the Outbound department, pulling orders, using rf scanners and use of order picker lift. Packing and stacking items carefully to avoid damages. Wrapping pallets and staging orders by their appropriate trailers for shipment. Consistently lifted materials weighing as much as 50 pounds.

• Checks all inbound product for damages.
• Use high attention to detail to ensure all items received are in the proper condition stated on the order.
• Use of computer to update the description and prices and photos on company website.
• Determines where the items are to be stocked. Example: Swisslog, Warehouse, Small parts or Production
• Verify quantities on order
• Correctly label each item with a lot number
• Use of SharePoint to document any discrepancies found with purchase orders and follows appropriate procedures to resolve the issue.
• Use of Microsoft Outlook to communicate with sales about any discrepancies found

• Work in various roles primarily Inventory control and Receiving.
• Inventory control duties include counting physical Inventory and resolving any discrepancies within the system. Placed in charge of the Hardware project, which includes finding all Hardware, identifying, counting and fixing Inventory numbers and consolidating all Hardware items into the correct hardware locations.
• Receiving duties include processing all return orders, making sure quantities and part numbers are correct and resolving any discrepancies through emailing sales team. Unloading all deliveries from trucks using sit down and stand-up forklifts.
• Placed in charge of the Loop truck, duties include unloading incoming deliveries and loading outgoing shipments. Creating BOLs for shipments and communicating with truck driver making sure items are loaded correctly and safely, as well as making sure truck doesn't exceed weight limit.

• Worked in many roles such as Receiving, Order Pulling and Packing. All roles involve identifying correct product, counting to make sure quantities match ordered amount and resolving any discrepancy issues. Packing duties also include making sure hazmat items are labeled and packed correctly for shipment. Use of riding Jack, Order picker lift to pull and stock items.
